No boss jobs until you’ve served time as a street thug, capiche? This mafia wars job guide will ensure your success for jobs in the mafia wars world.
Why jobs?
Jobs alone give you the three greatest benefits in the game. These are money, experience, and looted items. No other single function of the game gives you all these sweet perks. The only real downside is having to wait for your energy to recharge. Plus you get extra perks for mastering a certain job within a tier, or mastering the entire tier.
Job Tiers
Tiers are categories of job types. You can only do jobs within certain tiers at certain levels. For example, the Street Thug tier is available to levels 1 through 4. Within this tier are jobs such as mugging, auto theft, and robbing pimps. Each tier also comes with its own boss fight to test your skills.
Job Mastering
You will get one skill point for mastering any single job within a tier. Master the entire tier to earn the title of that tier next to your username. (ie: Street Thug (your name) ) You can master a tier up to three times to receive additional bonuses. Your second tier mastering gets you the word “Skilled” next to your name and title, plus a 5% increase in loot drops for that tier. Mastering for the third time gets you a “Master” title, 10% loot increase, and another bonus item.
